You may order from High IntenCity’s retail website, 24 hours a day. Ordering online is fast and easy. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout.
Orders are only shipped on business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for an estimate of shipping times.

Sales Tax:
Orders shipped to a New Jersey address are subject by law to 7% sales tax. This amount will be added to your order at checkout.
Processing Orders:

Receipt and Order Notification:

Returns Policy:

High IntenCity wants you to be happy with our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit for the amount of the purchase, not including the shipping cost. This credit is good for one year and may be used for any item currently in stock online.
In order to apply your store credit, call our customer service department at 201-703-5014, as we cannot currently accept a store credit online.
Item Condition:
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, parts and accessories. Please do not mark or deface original manufacturing packaging in any manor. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.
Return Timeframe:
Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of the delivery date to the given address. This 14-day timeframe is calculated from the actual delivery date.
How to Make a Return:
If you have any questions about returns, please email them to info@HighIntenCity.com.
- Obtain an RA# (See obtaining an RA# below)
- Please securely pack item along with a note explaining the return. Please include your RA# as your return will not be credited without it!
- Ship the item back to:

Obtaining an RA#:
In order to return an item, you must email your request to info@HighIntenCity.com for a Return Authorization Number.
Items returned without valid RA#’s will not be given credit.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. We encourage you to request tracking numbers and insurance to protect your investment.
Return Exceptions:
- Items damaged in shipment are exceptions to the original condition terms.
- Sale and Clearance items are not subject to return.
